underwhelming stay, ac issues and false claims
ac issuesfalse advertising
i faced frustrating issues with the air conditioning. i woke to a 27°c room, and the staff claimed individual thermostats were controlled centrally. it was unacceptable for the price and i felt seriously mislead about the ac situation.

The location was very central. my room was quite spacious, even for just one person. the staff were very supportive and friendly. breakfast was gorgeous. I especially liked the variety of pastries.
i found no slippers or bathrobes in the room, i thought those were standard for a 4-star hotel! i wanted to use the spa, but i needed to book in advance. the sauna and hammam were also not working, disappointing.

mixed feelings about my stay
centralized air conditioningunavailable spa
the air conditioning was centrally controlled , and i couldn't adjust the temperature in my room. it was uncomfortably hot , and the staff couldn't help me. it was disappointing to find that the spa facilities were not readily available , and i couldn't use them.

The location was ideal. The personnel was very helpful, especially Vincente. He gave us an excellent service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.
There were no slippers or bathrobes. This was unexpected for a 4-star hotel with a spa. I was told to book the spa in advance. I was also asked to leave a deposit to secure the scheduled time.

central location. but the ac was lacking
centralized temperature controluncomfortably warm room
the air conditioning system was a major issue. the staff informed me the temperature control is centralized by the hotel! guests cannot control the actual temperature in their rooms. this meant that my room was uncomfortably warm, and the hotel could not adjust it. it made for a tough night.

My room was very clean and spacious. It had a balcony where I sit and watch the activities below. The air conditioning work well, a great feature. The bathroom was also clean and quite large.
The hotel shows age in certain areas. I found it a minor distraction .

I note the reception staff were friendly and always willing to help. Hot dishes for breakfast order directly from the menu, a nice service. The staff seem attentive to guests needs.

The hotel include underground garage, very useful for guest with rental car. The location place the hotel near restaurants and shops. Soundproofing ensure quiet rooms.
